Once you have paid the deposit, you will then need to pay the balance 7 days before your event. Amends can be made during this period, but once final balance is paid, no further changes can be actioned.
All bookings are required to pay an additional security deposit which will be refunded after items have been returned and checked. We will aim to refund this within 2 working days of stock return.
Replacement costs vary by product, so please be sure to take note of this before booking. If you incur any breakages we will deduct this from your security deposit. In the event that the breakages or damages incurred are higher than the security deposit amount, we will send an additional invoice to cover the incremental charges which will need to be paid within 7 days of receipt.
